shun indecent dressing or risk outright expulsion from the institution
Fawole
said any form of misconduct by the students will not be tolerated, harping on
indecent dressing.
He told
the newly matriculated students to observe the institution's standard dress
code for both male and female students.
The
Rector said dresses that expose sensitive body parts like breasts and thighs
are not allowed.
“As the
institution frowns at negative mode of dressing by female students, it also
disallows the male students from wearing earrings and wearing of hair or any
suggestive dresses that could corrupt the system," Fawole said.
He said
the punishment for defaulting will be stern, including expulsion.
“If any
of you flouts this dress code, you will be warned as a first-time offender,
while subsequent defiance could fetch you a suspension for one or two semesters
or even outright expulsion."
The
students were also advised to shun activities and associations that will
tarnish their image and that of their families and the institution.
